Missouri fuel infrastructure
Missouri doesn't have any operating petroleum refineries.
Like 17 other US states, Missouri gets its fuel from:
- Magellan and Explorer pipeline systems from Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas
- Mississippi River barge deliveries from Gulf Coast refineries
- Truck and rail deliveries from regional product terminals
