New Hampshire doesn't have any operating petroleum refineries.
Like 17 other US states, New Hampshire gets its fuel from:
- Marine deliveries to Portsmouth Harbor petroleum terminals
- Colonial-fed pipeline product via New York and New Jersey
- Truck deliveries from Massachusetts and Maine
