South Carolina doesn't have any operating petroleum refineries.
Like 17 other US states, South Carolina gets its fuel from:
- Colonial and Plantation pipelines from Gulf Coast refineries
- Charleston petroleum port
- Truck deliveries from North Carolina and Georgia
